At Goldstar, we aim to offer the best possible experience and smooth process to trade successfully with our firm.  Therefore to commence any new business we would ask that we can exchange basic information between the parties to the trade and work to formalise the transaction on agreed terms.  With all new customers we like to get to know the client and so it is preferred to meet at the time of loading.  Before we arrange the loading we  would ask to exchange sales contract and then request you to adhere to our pro-forma invoice in opening your initial letter of credit for the first trade we process with you.  With regards to the Incoterms, we work on CFR/CIF basis to start the business.
